The secretariat will send you a confirmation/invoice (invoices and payment confirmations for credit card payments will be issued within two weeks of registration) of your registration and bookings. The registration is considered confirmed and definite after the full payment is received.

All changes and cancellations must be submitted by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Conference Secretariat will confirm the cancellation in writing.
The deadline for cancellation with full refund minus a handling fee of 25 € is 1.09.2017
From 2.09.2017 no refunds are applicable.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
